We build in Carlsbad, California, for programs that call for domestic assembly, close engineering collaboration, or specific security and quality requirements.
Mexico and Thailand offer additional manufacturing locations. Production routing, quality requirements, and commercial arrangements are agreed for each program.

We place 01005 passives and 0.35 mm pitch microBGA, run RF circuitry, and build in both leaded and lead-free. The IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-600 certified trainers are on staff, not brought in.

Materials Management & North American Footprint
Strategic distribution partners hold stock on site. Planning runs in CCSD ERP system, and WIP is bar-code tracked through the floor. Production is coordinated across Carlsbad and Reynosa.

Engineering Continuity from Prototype to Volume
A Product Focus Team supports the transition from prototype to production with tooling, fixtures, and DFM documentation. Engineering and quality requirements are reviewed as the program moves into volume manufacturing.

The prototype unit runs as its own shop inside the 56,000 sq. ft. plant — its own SMT line, AOI, hand assembly, and its own buyers and planners.
