Rehberger as their new divisional VP/GM for their Cal-Comp San Diego Operations. Ron comes to Cal-Comp with 35 years of EMS experience. He is a proven business leader and entrepreneur with extensive executive management and technical experience in manufacturing, product development and business operations. Ron’s leadership style is centered on accountability. Expectations are established through mentoring, coaching and leading by example. He encourages personal and professional growth by involving associates in the strategic business process to develop management skills and set operational objectives. At a young age he started Flow Thru Systems, Inc and over 17 years established the organization as a leader in the EMS industry providing high reliability assemblies for the Aerospace, Military and Commercial business sectors. In 1999 Flow Thru Systems was ranked the 6th fastest emerging company in Northeastern Ohio. Cal-Comp is a Thailand public company controlled by KINPO GROUP of Taiwan.
